Because Terrace View Apartments is a tax credit property, we are required to pre-screen applicants for income qualification. This ensures that applicants are not overqualified or underqualified based on income guidelines before moving forward.

• Applicants must provide 4 consecutive pay stubs.
• Applicants must earn at least 1.5 times the monthly rent (savings are not considered).
• Applications cannot be submitted without approval from our compliance pre-screener.

We accept debit/credit card  (money orders are available only if applying in the office)

Once your application has been processed, you will be informed if you have been approved or denied. If approved, you will have 48 hours to bring in a $350.00 holding deposit which will be applied towards your security deposit upon move in.

1. Pet Policy - Terrace View Apartments allows small dogs and cats, but breed restrictions apply to ensure a peaceful and clean living environment for all residents.

2.  Parking - Each apartment includes one open parking space with a required permit. For added convenience, private garages are available at an additional cost.

3. Convenient Laundry Suites - With three on-site laundry suites located throughout the community, laundry day is designed to be simple and stress-free — giving you more time to enjoy the beauty and lifestyle of the Pacific Northwest.
